Refund & Re-Styling Policy
Because every lookbook is built specifically for you, Innasya Attire works on a re-styling policy rather than a standard refund. Here's exactly how it works.
The short version: if something in your lookbook doesn't feel quite right, we'd rather fix it than simply refund it — because a re-style gets you closer to a wardrobe you'll actually wear, not just your money back.

Reach out within 14 days
If you're not fully satisfied with your lookbook, contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving it to request a re-styling.

Up to two outfits, included
Your re-styling request covers up to two outfits from your original lookbook at no extra cost. Additional outfits beyond this may incur a small fee.

Innasya re-works it, personally
Innasya reviews your feedback directly, takes the time to understand what wasn't quite right, and re-creates those looks to better suit your style and needs.
PLEASE NOTE
Refunds aren't offered for dissatisfaction that stems from limited detail in your original style quiz. The more thorough and accurate your answers, the more precisely your lookbook can be styled to you — so we always encourage clients to be as detailed as possible when completing it.
